Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Public Libraries (HKPL) and Radio Television Hong Kong Radio 5 (RTHK Radio 5), the reading activity Joyful Reading Moment II promotes the JoyReadClub, Scholar World and Total Wellness Chinese e-book collection as well as selected English articles, and offering various tie-in programmes to encourage public to foster a continuous reading habit. Registrants of Joyful Reading Moment II will receive commemorative gifts by borrowing a specified no. of e-books at the above e-book platforms and have a chance to win book vouchers upon achieving specific goals.
