Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, patrons may make electronic submission to the Government. Apart from downloading the conventional forms [PDF] and submitting them in paper form, you may choose to download the PDF e-Form which facilitates you to fill-in and submit the forms and documentary proof via email to hkplcru@lcsd.gov.hk.

For using the PDF e-Form submission, you need to have:

1. Computer Software:	Adobe Acrobat Reader DC / 2017 or other software that can fill in and save PDF e-Forms.
2. e-Certificate:	For signing of e-Form electronically. For details of e-Cert, please visit the related web page of the Hong Kong Post at http://www.hongkongpost.gov.hk
3. Documentary Proof	Scanned PDF files for the following documents (Maximum size up to 10MB). Proof of applicant’s identity Guarantor’s Hong Kong Identity Card (if applicable) Proof of residential address (if applicable)
