Libraries will continue to implement precautionary measures (including that users are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code or register their names, contact number and date and time of the visit before admission), and limit the number of readers entering the library to avoid gathering and foster social distancing. Children aged under 12 are allowed to enter the library to use library facilities and services only when accompanied by an adult. Please refer to the Details.

All static and mobile libraries have resumed the calculation of overdue fines from 5 March and 3 May respectively. Readers are advised to renew or return their borrowed items on time to avoid incurring overdue fines.
