First-Come-First-Served. • Registration begins 3 weeks in advance for members of Paired Reading Clubs of Hong Kong Public Libraries. • Registration by phone begins 2 weeks in advance for the public. • Please arrive 10 minutes before the talk starts. Registration becomes invalid when the talk begins. Seats will then be allocated to persons who are waiting at the venue. • If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed. |
