Remarks:	In order to inspire participants and enhance their self-growth, athlete shares her personal experience in coping with challenges that they encountered during training or competitions. Conduct in Cantonese. Registration in person or by phone starts at two weeks before the programme starts at the respective library. Registration start date: 20.7.2024. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free admission.
