Language Learning Centre

Learning a foreign language provides benefits for a lifetime. Advantages are academic, cultural and personal. Located on the 6th floor of the Hong Kong Central Library, the Language Learning Centre houses over 100 international languages and dialects as well as various kinds of examination materials.

Each of the 34 language booths is equipped with a computer terminal and audio-visual facilities for users to learn languages at their own pace.  An extensive collection of language learning kits and examination materials are available for selection at the Language Learning Resource Room.

You can either make your bookings by phone or in person within 7 days in advance.  Each eligible user may reserve a maximum of two one-hour sessions per day.
