Are there any distinctive Lunar New Year customs in addition to the giving of thanks to gods and well-wishing? In this talk, Mr CHAN Tin-kuen, a specialist in folk customs, will introduce the folk religions and village customs during the Lunar New Year and explore the significance behind, giving a picture of the cultural inheritance in Hong Kong.
