1/ The Hong Kong Musicians Series: Life and Works of Erhu Virtuoso and Composer WONG Shun

Description: The prominent erhu virtuoso and composer WONG Shun was passionate about music throughout his life. He made remarkable contribution to the promotion and education of Chinese music in Hong Kong. He composed many great works for films in Cantonese, Mandarin, Chaozhou-dialect and Amoy-dialect.

The exhibition introduces WONG's life and his music career through displaying the manuscripts of music scores, newspaper clippings and photographs. Readers can find out more about the renowned virtuoso.
