1/ Innovative Technology and Low-altitude Economic Development

Description: The speaker will introduce the latest sector in Hong Kong's development – the low-altitude economy, and share how leading practices in innovative technology in mainland China are improving lives, such as drone medical express delivery and island logistics. It will also highlight Hong Kong's policy blueprint and progress: the HKSAR government has launched a regulatory sandbox with 38 pilot projects covering a number of livelihood applications, including emergency rescue, delivery drones, and patrol missions. In addition, it will explore safety measures, as well as challenges and future opportunities, helping citizens understand how technology is reshaping lives.

1/ Sights and Sounds of Reading: Parent-child Workshop on Joyful Storytelling for Toddlers

Date: 2025/12/13 (Saturday)
Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Venue: City Hall Public Library (Children's Corner, Children Library on 2/F of City Hall Public Library, High Block, Hong Kong City Hall)
Description: Target Participants: Toddlers aged 1-3 (each toddlers should be accompanied by a parent)
Quota: 10 pairs of parent-child participants

In the workshop, professional instructors will be invited to introduce and teach storytelling skills to participants, allowing them to be more engaged in the storytelling process, thereby enhancing parent-child communication and relationship, as well as helping their children develop a habit of and an interest in reading.
