1/ Echoes of the Imperial Stable – Tang Dynasty Steed Collage Workshop

Description: “The Six Steeds of Zhaoling” is a set of famous stone relief sculptures, depicting the six warhorses ridden by Emperor Taizong of Tang, Li Shimin, during his military campaigns. The workshop uses one of the horses from the sculptures as the basis. The instructor will teach participants how to create collage art using thick fabric, cardboard, and shiny handmade paper to highlight the dynamic movement of the royal warhorses.
