This talk will introduce the key principles of staying healthy in all four seasons from the perspective of Chinese medicine in an accessible way, enabling you to adjust your bodily functions according to seasonal rhythms. In addition to sharing simple herbal remedies and wellness tea recipes for each season to help you incorporate Chinese medicine healthcare into daily life, the speaker will explain the dietary restrictions to observe when taking Chinese medicines, common allergic reactions and possible contraindications. By putting the wellness wisdom of Chinese medicine into practice, participants can strengthen their immunity, restore vitality and stay healthy all year round.
