This talk will analyse the causes of different types of pain conditions from the perspective of Chinese medicine, explain the therapeutic principles of acupoint massage, and demonstrate acupoint massage techniques on body parts that are susceptible to soreness. Through guided practice, participants will acquire useful self-acupressure skills for pain relief and enhance their overall quality of life.
