Remarks:	Conducted in Cantonese. Free admission. First-come-first-served. Interested parties can watch the live broadcast via the internet. The broadcast link will be announced on this website on the day of the event. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed. Our speakers will share their experience in the decision-making process from medical and personal perspectives when considering the pros and cons of Advance Care Planning (ACP), Advance Medical Directives (AMD) and Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) order. Special emphasis will be placed on the importance of cooperation between medical professionals, family members and nursing homes.
