Our speakers will share their experience in the decision-making process from medical and personal perspectives when considering the pros and cons of Advance Care Planning (ACP), Advance Medical Directives (AMD) and Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) order. Special emphasis will be placed on the importance of cooperation between medical professionals, family members and nursing homes.
