Hong Kong movies began to develop in the early 20th century and experienced many changes. By the 1960s and 1970s, Hong Kong movies became famous internationally. They won many international awards, and the export volume was once second to Hollywood, becoming the second largest movie exporter. The exhibition showcases some selected documents include movie scripts, handbills and film brochures, revealing the development and characteristics of the local movie industry of that period.
