The HKCL organised a Prize Presentation Ceremony for the "4.23 World Book Day Creative Competition" in 2024. The winning works from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Public Libraries under the same theme "Reading Love (Love Reading)" were on display.
