Description: | This exhibition, intended for both children and adults, presents selected panels from her three graphic novels: Banana Girl, Les Saveurs du Béton, and Défends-toi toi-même. The exhibition demonstrates the richness of immigration as well as its difficulties, illustrating the impact of two cultures on the multifaceted development of a child. It looks into the daily life of a girl born in Hong Kong and living in France, torn between Chinese tradition and a newfound sense of belonging to French society. |
