Description: Subject Talk Theme:
This talk is delivered by a registered social worker who will teach parents how to identify the key sources of parenting stress (including academic performance, use of electronic devices and parent-child communication) and explain how such stress would lead to anxiety, self-blame and conflicts. The speaker will also introduce self-compassion as a cornerstone for stress relief and emotional healing.
