Subject Talk Theme:
With an ageing population and a growing demand for “ageing in place”, the development and application of gerontechnology have attracted much attention in Hong Kong in recent years. From the application of digital technology to technological devices and products, the promotion of gerontechnology can improve the quality of life of the elderly and alleviate the pressure on caregivers and nursing staff. This subject talk will introduce different types of gerontechnology and their applications to allow participants to learn more about the relevant development trends.
