| Remarks: | As autumn and winter approach, many people will engage in outdoor activities to facilitate blood circulation and maintain a good body shape. Among the outdoor activities, hiking, running and cycling are some popular choices. Choosing the right sportswear and equipment for outdoor activities can ensure our safety and avoid sports injuries. In this talk, the speaker will introduce some popular sports in autumn and winter, recommend appropriate sportswear and equipment, and provide some points to note to help us feel at ease while enjoying sports!
