Remarks: | Young people are important pillars of social development. Enabling them to adapt smoothly from school to workplace or other directions in life is the fundamental concept of life planning education. What are the points to note for young people while they draw up their Personal Development Plans (PDPs)? At the beginning of the school year, how can young people maintain good emotional health while drawing up their plans? This talk will brief them on youth development and emotional health. It is hoped that they can find a development path that suits them and maintain their physical and mental health well-being. Conducted in Cantonese.
