Remarks: • The address of Luen Wo Market is No. 51 Luen Wo Road, Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong.
• Target Participants: General public (Participants aged below 15 is required to be accompanied by an adult aged over 18.
• Enrolment: Reservation may be made from 9:00 a.m., 2.12.2025 (Tuesday) onwards by submitting the completed application form to Fanling Public Library. Application deadline will be on 18.12.2025 (Thursday).
• Participants are required to fill in an application form and produce proof of identity document for verification during reservation and/or when activity begins.
• Conducted in Cantonese and free of charge, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled
