Library Cards for All School Children

 

Library CardThe “Library Cards for All School Children”Scheme is held jointly by the Hong Kong Public Libraries and the Education Bureau.  The scheme encourages students to register as public library card holders through group registration arranged with schools and provides students with the convenience of not having to register for the library card in person
