Improvement Works at Circulation Counter of Kowloon Public Library

To enhance the library facilities and reading environment, improvement works of Circulation Counter will take place starting from 16 October 2023. The location of Circulation Counter will be rearranged, while the other library facilities and services will be available as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
