Payment by the Mainland e-wallets

Points to Note

1. Mainland e-wallets include Alipay (Mainland), WeChat Pay (Mainland) and UnionPay.
2. You may pay various fees and charges by Mainland e-wallets at library service counters.
3. All fees and charges must be paid in full in a single transaction.
4. Please check the payable amount carefully before making payment. No refund will be made except under special circumstances. Refund, if any, will be made to the Mainland e-wallets used for payment or given by way of a cheque.
5. A machine-printed receipt will be issued to you upon completion of payment.

Making Payment

1. Go to the Payment page of the Mainland e-wallets and show the payment QR code to the library staff.
2. The library staff will scan the QR code with the payment device.
3. A transaction acknowledgement notification will be sent to you upon completion of payment.

Remark: The QR code payment function provided in each Mainland e-wallet may be different. Please contact the relevant Mainland e-wallet provider for details.
