Registration for the 10th Conference on Cooperative Development and Sharing of Chinese Resources

The following terms and conditions are valid for the participants of the 10th “Conference on Cooperative Development and Sharing of Chinese Resources” (the “CCDSCR”) held on 21 October and 22 October 2014 pm in the Hong Kong Central Library.

Eligibility and Fees of the Conference:

• The conference is open to all eligible participants and is free of charge.
• Eligible participants mean:
  • Overseas or local practitioners in libraries or information institutions;
  • Overseas or local students in librarianship and information science; or
  • Persons with jobs related to library or information science which are recognized by the “Executive Committee of CCDSCR” (the “Committee").

• The Registration Form is available for downloading

Application:

• Interested persons who are eligible to participate should complete the Registration Form and return it to the Committee via email at CCDSCR2014@swiretravel.com.
• Online registration is NOT provided.
• Registration period is from 1 August 2014 to 31 August 2014. Late applications will not be considered.
• The applications are to be approved by the Committee, who will notify the successful participants via email latest by the end of September 2014.

Remarks:

• Oversea participants should be self-expensed for the passage and the hotel accommodation.
• Except the tea receptions during the breaks, the Committee will not supply the catering.
• The conference is subject to quota limits. The Committee reserves the right of final decisions to the applications.
