Improvement Works of To Kwa Wan Public Library

To enhance library facilities, improvement works will be carried out at the To Kwa Wan Public Library. The works will start from 30 July 2025 (Wednesday) and last for approximately one week. During the period, part of the Library and the facilities therein will be temporarily closed, while other library facilities and services will be available as usual. Every effort will be made to minimise noises or other nuisances from the works. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
