They are accessible to the library card holders of the Hong Kong Public Libraries for online reading or downloading to personal computers and mobile devices.

It provides information of worldwide newspapers, magazines, scholarly journals, trade journals and wire feeds in different languages. OECD iLibrary Download User Guide

OECD iLibrary is the online library of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). It contains all books and papers published by the OECD since 1998, a vast collection of statistics with data dated back to the 1960's and publications of the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), the OECD Development Centre, Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the International Transport Forum (ITF).
