Terms and Condition

  1. Thank you for subscribing to the HKPL Newsletter. The email address you provide will only be used for the purpose related to the subscription and your agreed purpose.
  2. The HKPL Newsletter (e-version) is sent to you by email on a bimonthly basis free of charge.
  3. If our notification fails to reach you for 3 consecutive times due to email error or other system problem, we will remove your email record from our mailing list without further notice.
