The collection offers children’s Chinese e-books published in the Mainland.  Library card holders of the Hong Kong Public Libraries can browse and borrow e-books through the platform of Apabi Chinese eBooks.

Apabi Chinese eBooks (Children's Collection) offers Chinese e-books suitable for children and teenage readers.  Subjects covered include children's literature, education, languages, natural science, biography, etc.  When selecting e-books from this collection, children and teenage readers may seek assistance from parents, teachers or librarians where necessary.

 To borrow e-books, readers are required to download the Apabi Reader from the homepage of Apabi Chinese eBooks.  Please click Apabi Reader to download and follow the instructions to install the software.  The function of online reading is available for immediate access to the contents of e-books by readers.

When readers borrow an e-book, it will be downloaded to the computer being used.  Readers are therefore advised not to use public computer workstations such as those in public libraries to borrow e-books.
