| Aim: |
With the coming of the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games this December, a roving exhibition on the East Asian Games will be held from June to December in 28 public libraries to enhance public's knowledge of and participation in the Games. Highlights of the exhibition include the origin of the East Asian Games, bidding and organization of the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games, various events of the Games as well as the mascots. |

With the coming of the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games this December, a book display titled 'Get into the 2009 East Asian Games' will also be presented in the public libraries from June to December, showcasing books on the Games and sports. Resources Guides introducing library materials on different sports events will also be available for distribution in the public libraries from September onwards. |
