Apabi is a large e-Book library comprising book titles published in the Mainland. The Hong Kong Public Libraries has acquired a collection of more than 90,000 items. The e-Book collection consists of two parts - "Sports and Fitness" and "e-Books on various subjects". The latter covers philosophy, social sciences, literature, arts, history, geography, natural science, medical and health etc.
The collection offers over 3,000 titles of children's Chinese books, which are suitable for children and young readers. Many titles are provided with illustration and the subjects are mainly in children's literature, education, languages, natural science and biography etc.
FunPark consists of four thematic portals, namely “Fun Stories” , “Fun Publications” , “Fun Learning” and “Fun Poems” , providing e-books in traditional Chinese characters suitable for children aged 3 to 12 through interactive interfaces. Apart from animated stories narrated in Mandarin, there are interactive games. Topics covered include mathematical logic and moral values. The e-books are available for online reading or for downloading to mobile devices.

(SUEP) through the “HyRead ebook”platform, comprising Chinese books that are mainly published in Hong Kong, covering children books for paired reading, literature and fiction, as well as books on business and economics, household knowledge, social sciences, technology and medicines, language learning, education, biography, etc. The books are available for online reading or for downloading to personal computers and mobile devices.
It has about 400 Chinese e-books on Chinese and Western literature published by the Taiwan Vista Publishing Co., Ltd., in which the earliest one published in 1976. Some of the publications from contemporary prominent Chinese writers, such as LAM Hang Tsz and Lin Yutang are included.

Safari Business Books Online provides access to business-related e-books. The topics include business and finance, accounting, human resources, management, customer service, employee performance, etc.
Safari Tech Books Online provides access to newly published information technology books. The topics include computing, databases, networking, operating systems, programming, software engineering, web design, etc.
English Audio Books
This online audiobook library contains a variety of titles on literature, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, drama, philosophy, religion, great epics and tales, opera, history, biographies, music education, etc. The audio books are mainly streamed in English, while some are in French, German or Portuguese. Most of the works come with synchronised full-text display on the screen. Users may read while listening to the audio books in order to enhance their reading, listening and pronunciation skills.
