The speaker will introduce the latest sector in Hong Kong's development – the low-altitude economy, and share how leading practices in innovative technology in mainland China are improving lives, such as drone medical express delivery and island logistics. It will also highlight Hong Kong's policy blueprint and progress: the HKSAR government has launched a regulatory sandbox with 38 pilot projects covering a number of livelihood applications, including emergency rescue, delivery drones, and patrol missions. In addition, it will explore safety measures, as well as challenges and future opportunities, helping citizens understand how technology is reshaping lives.
