Registered readers of the Hong Kong Public Libraries (HKPL) are welcome to access the e-books and online databases for free from anywhere at anytime via the Internet. Please login with HKPL Library Card Number or Hong Kong ID Card Number (For readers who have applied for using their smart ID cards to enjoy library services only) and Personal Identification Number.

E-books The e-book collection covers a wide range of subjects such as arts, commerce and finance, children literature, fiction, language and literature, medicine and health, science and technology, etc. They are available for access by library card holders through the Internet to conduct personal studies as well as general leisure reading. |

Online Databases Provide authoritative and quality online databases with different types (journals, newspapers, audio & video materials, etc) and subjects (encyclopedia, science & technology, social issues, etc) for study and research. |
