Points to Note

1. LDWs include Alipay (Mainland), WeChat Pay (Mainland) and UnionPay.
2. You may pay various fees and charges by LDWs at library service counters.
3. All fees and charges must be paid in full in a single transaction.
4. Please check the payable amount carefully before making payment. No refund will be made except under special circumstances. Refund, if any, will be made to the LDWs used for payment or given by way of a cheque.
5. A machine-printed receipt will be issued to you upon completion of payment.

Making Payment

1. Go to the Payment page of the LDWs and show the payment QR code to the library staff.
2. The library staff will scan the QR code with the payment device.
3. A transaction acknowledgement notification will be sent to you upon completion of payment.
