Points to Note

1. You may pay various fees and charges by FPS at library service counters.
2. All fees and charges must be paid in full in a single transaction.
3. Please check the payable amount carefully before making payment. No refund will be made except under special circumstances. Refund, if any, will be made to the bank account linked with FPS or given by way of a cheque.
4. A machine-printed receipt will be issued upon completion of payment.

Making Payment

1. Login to the mobile banking app or digital wallet on your phone and select the QR code payment function.
2. Scan the FPS QR code on the payment device of the library.
3. Verify payment details before making payment.
4. A transaction acknowledgement notification will be sent to you upon completion of payment. Please record the transaction number for future reference.
   
   

Remark: The QR code payment function provided in each mobile banking app or digital wallet may be different. Please contact the relevant bank or digital wallet provider for details.
