Services provided by Mobile Library 3 would be suspended on 22 September 2023 (Friday) afternoon as the parking area was occupied by other vehicles. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The mobile library service point affected is as follows:

During the service suspension, members of the public are welcome to borrow and return library materials at other public libraries. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at http://www.hkpl.gov.hk.
