Relocation of Mobile Library 8 service point (From Choi Ying Estate to Choi Fook Estate)

The Mobile Library 8 service point adjacent to Ying Fu House, Choi Ying Estate, Kowloon Bay, will be relocated to the area adjacent to Choi Lok House, Choi Fook Estate, Kowloon Bay from 24 February 2023 onwards.  The opening hours of the new service point will remain unchanged, that is, from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm every alternate Friday (except library closing days and public holidays).
