Improvement Works at To Kwa Wan Public Library

To enhance library facilities, improvement works will be carried out at To Kwa Wan Public Library starting from 9 October 2025 (Thursday). The works will last for approximately two months. During the period, part of the facilities therein will be temporarily closed, while other library facilities and services will be available as usual. Every effort will be made to minimise noises or other nuisances from the works. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
