Activity content: Cutting designs out of Chinese red paper with scissors, mount and display in a paper picture frame.
Materials: Chinese paper-cutting red paper, scissors, glue sticks/craft glue, double-sided tape, rulers, and pencils.
The Library will provide activity materials and cleaning items such as paper towels and wet wipes. Participants may bring their own materials and protective/stain-proof items if needed.
