Electronic Databases - Copyright Guidelines

警告: 除獲版權持有者同意外，合約條例嚴禁使用者過量下載、非法分發、大量列印或複印該等資料庫的文本。 Warning: Licensing agreements prohibit excessive downloading, illegal distribution, printing or copying a disproportionate amount of material without the consent of copyright owners.

在使用電子資料庫進行檢索前，使用者必須留意以下與版權有關的事項： Before starting a search, users are reminded to pay attention to the following copyright related matters:
1.	在符合香港版權條例(香港法例第528章)的情況下，使用者可以瀏覽、下載或列印有限數量的引文、摘要、全文或部份文章，作為研究或私人研習用途。 In compliance with the permissible limits of the Copyright Ordinance of Hong Kong (Laws of Hong Kong, Chapter 528), users may display, download or print limited copies of citations, abstracts, full-text or portions from electronic databases solely for the purposes of research or private study.
2.	在任何情況下，使用者不可把該等資料庫或其內容，分發與其他人士，更不可將資料庫的內容作任何形式的複製或更改，以作商業用途。 Under no circumstances should the databases or any of the content therein be redistributed to another person or be used, duplicated or altered for commercial purpose.
3.	資料庫的全部內容均受資料庫供應商或出版人的版權保障。使用者不可移除、取消、改動資料庫內有關版權或專利的通告。 The entire content of the databases is protected by copyright of the database providers or the publishers. User should not remove, cancel or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.
4.	使用者如侵犯版權法，須承擔因此而引起的全部法律責任。 Users are reminded that they will be held fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement.
