Special Opening Hours and Maintenance of Library System (April 2023)

Hong Kong Public Libraries will have special opening hours on 5 April 2023 (Ching Ming Festival), 8 April (The Day Following Good Friday) and 10 April (Easter Monday) and will be closed whole day on 7 April (Good Friday). All online services and Self-service Library Station services will be suspended for the maintenance work of the library system. Please refer here for details.

Temporary Suspension of Mobile Library Services – Mobile Library 2 [Service Suspension Date: 9.7.2022]

Due to failure in power supply, the mobile library service of Mobile Library 2 was suspended.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The service point to be affected was as follow:

Readers are welcome to use other public libraries during the aforesaid service suspension period.  They may also renew library materials by phone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at http://www.hkpl.gov.hk.  For enquiries, please call 2605 1071.
