Description: | Climate Change has become a hot topic in recent years. As the concentration of Green House Gas keeps increasing, the global temperature also keeps rising. Although the warming trend doesn’t seem to be significant in our daily life, the extreme weather associated with climate change is becoming more and more apparent and frequent. Climate change indeed is just around the corner. In this talk, we will speak about the latest development of global climate change in general. We will also point out the various extreme weather occurred over the globe. It is hoped that the discussion could urge the audience to think about how we could change our present living style so as to let us and our next generations live in this earth environment continuously. |
