Venue: Ping Shan Tin Shui Wai Public Library (Extension Activities Room)
Description: Nocturia patients have to wake up at night to pass urine, which affects both the quality of sleep and life. The Chinese medicine practitioner will explain the cause of nocturia, then suggest food nourishment treatment and acupuncture points that can help improve the symptoms to create a better lifestyle.
Prevention of Stroke from Chinese Medicine Aspect (Full)

Description: Instead of leading to death, the most awful thing about stroke is the permanent severe damage to the patients. Therefore preventing from stroke is really important to us. You might also feel the pain in the shoulder muscles that wrap around the top of your arm, and even in your upper arm. Worse still, the pain could get worse at night, which can make it hard to sleep.
A Chinese medicine practitioner will illustrate to the definition, causes and preventions of frozen shoulder through this seminar.
