Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. The stiffness that makes you difficult or impossible to move, causes so much inconvenience in your life. You might also feel the pain in the shoulder muscles that wrap around the top of your arm, and even in your upper arm. Worse still, the pain could get worse at night, which can make it hard to sleep.
A Chinese medicine practitioner will illustrate to the definition, causes and preventions of frozen shoulder through this seminar.
