According to data from the World Health Organisation, four out of ten people in Hong Kong suffer from insomnia. Long-term insomnia would not only affect the circadian clock and the mood, but also affect daytime work and study. In severe cases, it will cause health problems. The definition, causes and preventions of insomnia will be illustrated through this seminar.
