Recently, Smart City becomes the buzzword and news headlines around the globe. Compared with its neighbouring cities, Hong Kong is behind on this subject. The Hong Kong SAR Government is striving to transform Hong Kong into a world-class Smart City and the Smart City Blue Print was released in December, 2017. What does it mean to the citizens of Hong Kong? How can we share the benefits and fun of Smart City?
