It was more than one and a half century ago when the first set of Hong Kong stamps was issued on 8 December 1862. Although electronic media are now the common means of communication, postal service remains necessary. Hong Kong stamps have kept abreast of time in terms of design and printing and developed in diversity, making philately a timeless hobby. This talk will brief the audience on the design and printing of Hong Kong stamps as well as how stamp postage has changed over time in history.

Talk conducted in Cantonese. Free admission. First come, first served.
