The Public Lectures on History and Business in China is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Public Libraries, LCSD, the Department of History, CUHK and the Centre for Comparative and Public History, CUHK.  Local and overseas renowned scholars are invited to deliver public lectures on the history and business in China. The lectures aim to provide a discussion forum on China affairs and facilitate interaction between the international academia and the local community, so that the members of the public can understand more about the development of history and business in China.

In this year, three  distinguished scholars from Hong Kong and overseas will give lectures on 24 & 29 January and 5 April 2013.  Details are listed below:
