For those travelling through Central, Kowloon Tong or Nam Cheong MTR station every day, have you noticed that drop boxes have been installed in these stations? The Hong Kong Public Libraries installed a total of 12 drop boxes in these three major MTR interchange stations last September to make returning library books more convenient.

The book drop trial scheme is a value-added service that aims to make book return more convenient for MTR commuters especially the working public. It is hoped that the new service will also encourage people to make fuller use of library service and help promote the culture of reading.
