Organized by the Hong Kong Public Libraries of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the 9th Hong Kong Literature Festival is scheduled for 28 June - 15 July 2012. Three Pre-Festival Competitions are now launched to engage students and the general public for participation, namely the Literary Performance Competition for Primary School Students, the "Literature & Film" Short Video Competition and the "Affectionate Discourse" Letter Writing Competition, both with Secondary School Students Division and the Adult Division.
